Why create an account ?

You can create an account to facilitate your shopping experience with Mark Parkhouse Antiques & Jewellery.

Once you have registered you will not need to re-enter your personal data and checkout is faster.

You can review your order speedily and conveniently online, any time. You can also review your order history.

Save your favourite pieces to your ‘Wish List’ for future reference and share them with your family and friends

Alternatively, please click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ button on the log in screen within ‘My Account’. We will then send you an email link for you to set your new password.

Will somebody let me know if my item is unavailable ?

You will receive an automatic ‘Acknowledgment of Order’ email, but this does not confirm the item is in stock .This will be followed by a ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email informing you that the item has been dispatched to your delivery address.

In the event that an item you have ordered is delayed or out of stock, we will contact you and inform you of the expected date when your item will be in stock. Alternatively, we will offer you the option of purchasing an alternative or similar item which may interest you.

Why haven’t I received an ‘Acknowledgment of Order’ email ?

An automated email is sent to your email address once your order is placed. If you do not receive this email it may have caught in your SPAM filter. If you are able to, please check your SPAM folder. Alternatively, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. You can check this in the Edit Account information of your ‘My Account’.

Can I request an address for delivery of my online order which is not my billing address ?

We only deliver online orders to your UK billing address.

What are your delivery charges ?

We charge a flat rate of £10.00 for all UK deliveries,using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service .

When will my order be delivered ?

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within two working days of completing your order.We will send you a ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email which will provide you with a Tracking Number and Tracking Link which will enable you to follow the progress of the delivery of your order.

I missed the courier for my delivery, how do I reschedule ?

The courier will have left a delivery slip with a tracking number on it and contact telephone number. Call the number, quote your tracking number and reschedule your delivery.

How may I receive a receipt for my purchase online or over the telephone ?

You can receive a delivery slip in your package with no prices listed. A receipt for your purchase will be posted to you separately unless you have specified otherwise at the time of entering your billing address.

Secure Payment

Payment may be made for your order by credit or debit card.Alternatively payment may be made by bank transfer,please contact a sales consultant.

How many items may I purchase in one order ?

You may purchase any number of items subject to a maximum limit of £2,000 (two thousand pounds GBP) unless payment is made by bank transfer.

Is VAT charged online?

Yes, all orders for delivery within the UK incur VAT at 20%.

How much does delivery cost ?

Delivery charges for all UK addresses are £10.00

Can I collect my purchase in store ?

Yes, all purchases placed through our website have the option of delivery or pick up in store.You will need to attend in person with the payment card you used to pay online together with your Order number. These requirements are for your peace of mind,as they allow us to ensure that your details are completely secure.

How do I measure my ring size ?

We recommend that you visit our showroom in order to get an accurate measurement.

Can I return my purchase if it has been personalised?

Sorry, but we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any items that have been personalised.
