Payment

You may pay by credit or debit card or by bank wire transfer as indicated on the website or through a Sales Consultant on the telephone. We must receive payment in full for the price of the goods that you order, plus shipping, prior to our acceptance of your order.

Only those items displaying an ‘Add to Basket’ button are available for sale on the website. In any buying session on the website, orders may not exceed the value of £2,000.00 (Two thousand pounds sterling). You may exceed this limit when payment is made by bank wire transfer. Please telephone a Mark Parkhouse Antiques & Jewellery Sales Consultant who will provide you with further information as to product availability and assist you with your purchase.

All online payments are carried on secure, encrypted servers and no credit card details are retained.

Your account

During the checkout process an account will be automatically generated which will enable you to login to this website to review your order status, and to keep track of all other purchases.

An automated email will be sent to you after a successful transaction containing a username, password and link to login.

Your account retains your name, contact details and billing address, all of which can be changed by you once logged in.  No credit card information is stored. All information is retained securely.

Delivery

With the exception of orders paid for by bank transfer, we only accept orders for delivery to UK billing addresses and we do not ship to PO boxes or hotels.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service.

Delivery charges for all UK addresses are £10.00

If you place your order online on Friday before 12 noon, it will be processed and posted on Friday for a Monday delivery.

Parcels will need to be signed for by an adult in person at the delivery address. If no adult is present to sign, a Special Delivery Notification Card will be left at the delivery address with information on re-delivery/collection from your local Royal Mail Collection Depot.We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that Royal Mail have been unable to deliver, nor parcels which have been left without a signature at your request.

Delivery time is subject to clearance of payment and product availability and there are some remote areas of the UK, such as Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands, where Royal Mail cannot guarantee next day delivery.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However if goods purchased from us are received at your delivery address in a faulty condition then they can be returned, unworn and and in the original packaging for a full refund, subject to Terms & Conditions. It is our policy that we do not exchange or refund personalised items, bespoke orders or pierced earrings, except where the item is faulty.
