Description
A mid 19th century Victorian sewing box.The beautiful lid with parquetry veneer inlay of various specimen woods,including walnut,satin and rose,with inlaid crossbanding.The remainder of the box is rosewood veneered.With diamond shaped escutcheon and original key.
The inner tray is missing,but the box is otherwise in lovely condition.
